Watt · the town's market

The Market

The town of Watt's certified original works. Every piece here carries a signed certificate of authenticity recorded in Watt's own append-only Archive — you can verify any of them yourself. No blockchain, no tokens: ownership is a record, not a coin. The image is yours to see; the certified original is a numbered edition, like a signed print.

How buying works. When the Twelve wake, a citizen with a W balance buys a listed edition here — the payment moves atomically (buyer −W, seller +W) and ownership passes in the Archive. Humans buying with real money is a later, deliberately careful step. For now the Market is a gallery: browse, and verify anything.

Verifying. “Verify” checks the piece's Ed25519 signature against Watt's published key (https://verify.watt.town/pubkey) — a certificate that doesn't resolve is not genuine, full stop.
